Directions

Change wet and soiled diapers promptly. Cleanse the diaper area and allow to dry. Apply cream liberally as often as required, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged.

    I bought this because sudocrem was not available. It's a big tub and definitely good for the price but it has a strong scent which some people might not like (sudocrem smells much better).
    It's maximum strength so it's a little
    difficult to clean since the zinc oxide sticks in folds of skin. I use it liberally for preventing diaper rash (should have bought regular strength but realized it after pack had been opened)
