    I use Insomnitol every night, two caps. I sleep great with no grogginess the next day, like with bendryl or other things that make you sleepy. I actually wake up feeling rested even if I didnt get my 9 hours. I need a lot of sleep and good sleep, this has helped me tremendously. I havent felt rested in a long time and had always gotten up wanting to crawl back into bed. This product helps me have a deeper, fuller sleep and I wake up refreshed and rested. Plus I feel calm and mentally alert due to the 5Htp and LTheanine, which is great since I tend to be anxious and moody from time to time. This was recommended by my MD, hormone specialist. I use other Designs for Health products too, they don't give you a bunch of fillers.

    I think they help me sleep better, but they smell like ass…literally. I bought a bottle of “fart spray” as a novelty, which smells so horrible, much worse than a fart…it just smell like…a sickness. That’s what these sleep aid capsules smell like, only weaker. But they’re strong enough smelling that my Fiancé can detect them on the other side of the bed. I put one capsule down on the bed once, and my cat sniffed it, then tried to bury it. I’m not sure I should even be taking them?

    I have been using this product for 2+ years now. Like the capsule over the chewable. Has a bit of a funky smell, but this stuff works great for me.
    I’ve always had sleeping problems, and I’ve tried about everything, even prescription types. These worked from the get go. I used two tabs at first, but found I felt a little hungover the next morning, so cut back to one. This gives a good sleep, but not as deep, or difficult to wake up from. Never had any side effects or bad interactions. I take several prescriptions for hi blood pressure, and depression, but no problems. Of course, ask your doc about your situation.
    Highly recommend this product.

    I feel like it really does the trick to help me sleep. Probably the best pleasant sleep I've experienced in a few years. I felt so refreshed that I couldn't remember when I had gotten such excellent sleep.
