    I only used this for 3 days in total. Even after 1 or 2 days I started having some stomach noises and a little diarrhea. After day 3, the diarrhea started at 9 p.m. then ramped up to ever 30 minutes between 3:30 a.m. and lasted until 7 a.m. I no longer take them, so it was a waste of money.

    Used this for three days. Started at one a day and then the third day, I took two. I am obviously having a reaction of some sort. Dead tired - an exhaustion I have not felt before. Lost a lot of strength. I felt like I was dying. I have high B12 numbers, so I am not sure what is going on. This may be a normal reaction until you get better, but not sure. I won’t be taking it again. I took the same brand chorella and bloated up to 7 months pregnant; I stopped that too.

    This is a great formula and works as long as your B12 levels are normal. But if they aren’t - it can potentially raise your homocysteine levels because this formula has 150mg of L-methionine, and supplementing with it can increase the flux through the methionine cycle, which in turn could increase the demand for B12 to recycle homocysteine back into methionine. Watch out for high homocysteine levels or just add liquid B12 to your stack to be proactive.
