- Reviewed in Canada on October 25, 2024Verified PurchaseI have ordered a few times and will continue. Exactly the same as what I buy from my naturapath. Expiry date has never been an issue.
- Reviewed in Canada on June 4, 2020Verified PurchaseNaturopath suggested these to my mother. Ordered them online and they are exactly what we wanted. Worth the money!

5.0 out of 5 stars Miracle of Science!
Verified PurchaseThis product works for my son. Naturopath dr. recommended this product after MTHFR test. His speech and communication skills developed dramatically after use of B-supreme and Homocysteine supreme. I was using pictures, written notes, and i-pad apps to communicate with my son. After one year of treatment, there is no sensory processing problem in communication. Wow!

5.0 out of 5 stars It works!
Verified PurchaseLove, love, love! I suspected I have methylation issues as regular b’a don’t seem to work for me anymore. I try taking my regular b’s every few days and even then I get headaches. The protocols I’m on require B’s and since I haven’t been taking them, I’ve been feeling my energy just drop. I decided to give these a try and wow! So far, after my first use, I am very impressed. Yesterday was the most energy I’ve had in weeks. I had more enthusiasm and was able to think more creatively after a while of lethargy. I’m writing this review after a single use BUT so far so good!

4.0 out of 5 stars Mold & Moisture in pills after only 4 months?! Update*
Verified PurchaseI really don’t understand how this could have happened, and I believe it’s a major quality & integrity issue by the manufacturer. I keep my bottle of the B-Supreme dietary supplement in my room temperature home at all times, and according to the bottle’s expiration date of 12/31/25, the pills should remain safe to consume until that time. Unfortunately, most of the pills in my bottle appear to have moisture in them and have turned from the original yellow color to a splotchy dark brown. More than half of the pills remaining also have black looking mold in them. I’m both frustrated and horrified by this, as I initially felt that these really worked well for me (the reason I opted to give it two stars instead of one), but now they no longer feel safe to consume.
Update:
I contacted Designs for Health about the matter and they said the black speckles & browning were normal and to be expected in Vitamin B supplements due to a natural oxidation process caused by repeated opening of the bottle (introducing humidity/moisture into the bottle). They said it was harmless and that nutritional properties of the supplement shouldn’t be affected so long as the bottle is not past its expiry date. I’m not completely convinced that the supplements haven’t lost some of their potency but from henceforth I’ll be opening the bottle only once a week to dispense that week’s worth at a time. I only wish that the manufacturer had had some sort of notice advising of this possible occurrence on the bottle or on their listing/site.
