I like that this product takes off all my make up. However, it does make my face feel a bit dry and tight after. The smell isn't that nice either, but I guess that's not too big of a deal. When I got it I realized that some of it spilled inside the envelope and it smudged the label, which I was curious to read. Also, it's very liquid, so when you press the pump it comes out forcefully and sometimes it goes over your palm, wasting some of the product. I've read that it's a good idea to switch the pump for one that makes it foamy, which would help save some of the product. I feel like these sort of things should be figured out by the manufacturer though. Oh well, just my opinion. Maybe you prefer it liquidy/oily rather than foamy, but a foamy pump would make this product way better!
I love that they claim to use less random chemicals, seems more natural than other cleansers, and it's cruelty free.
