The photo makes it look like the towel ring is practically as tall as it is wide. This was not the case with the one that I received, which was far wider, making it look rectangular and almost like a toilet paper holder.
Also, the corners were nowhere near square. I wanted to install same day so I bent the product to 90 degrees, but it was laughable as-is.
Pros are that it looks very modern compared to round towel rings. I thought coming from Delta (a brand I recognize) and not some random brand from 鶹, I'd be getting a higher quality product. Apparently not!
