Obviously, the fit of these will vary according to your foot size. I wear a size 10 shoe and these fit me perfectly. Yes, they're constructed entirely of plastic but when I slip my toes into them, they fill really solid. They give me so much more power on the upstroke.
I also find that they're pretty easy on the fabric of my shoe toes. This has been a problem with more standard toe clips--holes wearing in the fabric of the shoe long before the soles are worn out. But these are broad enough that they seem to minimize that problem.
I also find that these are really easy to flip over and slip into on the fly. I hesitated to spend this much on a couple of pieces of plastic, but after eight months, I'm still really happy with them.
