The tip is rubberized but the tubing is both very thin, frail and rigid, so it will over-stress if you kink it in any way.
This is probably an Ali flip that sells for pennies in mainland.
Would not use this product, have discarded it.
Water is a hazard and a risk, be responsible.
Save your money and go to a proper hardware store, the convenience of online does not work for such products.
