It's shipped from China and is delivered fast enough with regular shipping. BUT the company does not have a return address in Ontario. If it doesn't fit your vehicle and you want to return it, the company is asking you to ship it to Richmond, British Columbia, at your own expense. YES, YOU HAVE TO COVER THE SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN IT.

I was looking for a non adhesive cell phone mount for my car so that is why I chose this product. Overall I am quite please with it. Even though it is plastic it appears to be quite sturdy. It has a strong grip for both the phone clasp and the dashboard. The dashboard clip is so strong in fact that I was a little worried it would mark or dent my dashboard. I would give it a 5/5 if it had one improvement. It would be to make it easier to spread the dashboard clamp. The spring is a extremely strong and the dashboard I need to mount it on makes it a little awkward to spread it with two hands. Otherwise I think this a great cell phone mount for compatible dashboards.

No such thing as a one-size-fits-all car component like phone holders. Very good versatility, but only fits on my dash clipped to the top of the instrument panel, putting it in the drivers line-of-sight (2017 Caravan). I'm sure a rather prickish cop could make a stink about it, but I haven't had that happen yet. Lots of rotation and options for however you might like to set your phone, whether landscape, portrait or angle for the freaky people. The biggest issues are, 1. Fit as described above. 2. Clamping: Another phone holder that doesn't take into account any phone cases that are slightly bigger than the phone itself, so it doesn't grip the phone properly/safely. Finally, 3. Loosening: While it comes with an allen key to tighten it, the main swivel nut loosened off after a few days, causing my phone to lean and flop down while driving, which is clearly unsafe. TL;DR: Great versatility, poorish execution.

That disclaimer fulfilled...
As long as you don't mind having this device clamped down HARD on your vehicle interior, it's by far the best phone holder I've used. It works so well and I haven't had any issues with use.
I DO recommend securing it close to an air vent in Summer so the A/C cools the phone since the Sun will your device easily. Mine is just to the side of my vent so I have no issue. In Winter, placed this on top of your instrument cluster directly above your steering wheel and the heat won't affect your phone.

I love it. I really can't express my joy in finding this unit. It's literally perfect for my Jeep.
