This excellent 16-foot waterproof LED light strip from the DANSON Store, is a great way to brighten up any of your darker outdoor spaces!

I installed this strip on the under side of my rear deck railing which surrounds the deck, using the included clips and screws, and the smooth warm glow really makes a big difference in the overall ambiance at night. The strip itself is waterproof, but remember that the power cord, switch and plug is not, so they will need additional protection from the elements, which I provided by wrapping it in plastic and secured it with waterproof tape (not included).

Overall, it's an great way to illuminate any of your outdoor areas, whether it's a deck, patio or balcony!

I’ve bought my fair share of LED strips over the years but needed a set that worked outdoors and was able to survive the elements. This set has been great so far. I needed a way to give my backyard some background lighting so I placed these near my cedars. I’ve mounted these on a long strip of vinyl covered plastic. So far it’s held up in a few torrential rain storms. Lighting output is great - even spread throughout the strip. Assembly was quite easy (as is expected with lighting strips). Time and environmental factors will tell if these strips will last the elements. But so far so good!

This is a great way to add durable LED lighting to your indoors or outside environment with bright RGB LED. The 5M/17ft version I received is 30W, 150 LED and has a colour temperature of 11000K and is very bright white. Being encased in silicone gives the LED a nice diffused look like the rope itself is lit and offers good amounts of protection.

The light strip in easy to plug in and you can use the included remote control to change the settings. Installation is simple using rope light clips (10 included) or by using the adhesive on the back of the strip by peeling off the protective paper backing.

You can choose a single colour (8 to choose from ) or cycle through the colors in a rainbow effect.

Great quality LED rope lights that are great for decorating and providing light to your home, walkway, driveway, garden, gazebo, shed, cabin and any place you want bright, versatile lighting.

This light strip works really well to illuminate a deck edge. I like the type of white, it’s not yellow.

The cord has the connector that is weather proof and it held up in these last couple of weeks of constant rain.

I ordered these Led outdoor strip lights to line my backyard stairs. The light strip is sturdy, lights up well. and has 8 light options. I quickly realized that this strip might be wasted installed on my backyard deck stairs as I think it will be perfect for displaying seasonal or sports colors in the front. One light string isn't quite enough for the front area I want to use it on so I will need to get another( you can attach up to 5 together) before doing the full install. I think one set back I found was the plug in cord is somewhat short and so doesn't give you a lot of room to work with between the plug and where you want to display it and will very likely require the use of another separate extension cord.

They don't look like the product images at all. Look at the product video and you will see exactly how they look like.
Seems to be a very good quality product, and it lights up perfectly for my use! The sad part is that I was expecting some kind of continuous, linear lighting, as seen in the pictures, but this is NOT what the product looks like. It's a row of LEDs 1 or 2-inch apart and it looks like it when it's lit up.
Another thing to note: the color choices are limited to 8, with no "warm white" or "daylight white" option (there's yellow and a cool white, probably around 5000-6500k), which is weird since RGB LEDs can produce any color. I can't call this a negative though as it's clearly indicated on the product page...
