I think that this was cheaper and more convenient than making a form out of duct tape and having to get a pole and a bucket of sand or something to support it.. the poor and face are decently sturdy. The form is hard plastic with nice fabric over it. It is more petite than I am . It’s not hard to pad everything to make it wider in certain areas. The tricky part is that there is a further distance from the bust to my shoulder., I will try just padding the shoulders upwards, and see if it matters that the neck is then coming out of the wrong place. My next idea is to do a plaster bandage, thin cast of my shoulder area., and probably bust while I’m at it, and then put that over the top of this stress form.
