    When I want to make a quick meal this product is excellent . I add meat or shrimp to it and a bit of coconut milk or coconut yogurt as I find the sauce a little bit thick but once I do that it's great .I also add onions and garlic etc and different spices. It saves time then making my whole sauce from scratch. A great product for people who have food allergies or sensitivities. I have this Daiya alfredo on my subscription list...
