It's on the small size as advertised which is perfect for little hands learning to grasp and pick up items. Soon we will be rolling back and forth to play :) Comes with its own little tool to inflate it. Love this toy and it gets so many compliments. Whenever we have a play date visitor, the other little ones choose this corgi ball toy first Sturdy material so it's good for outdoor play as well

    BALL INFLATION: The ball comes deflated. The sparse instructions on the box say not to poke the needle in too far or you will puncture the ball. However, you do need to continue to gently push the needle in past the area of resistance until the needle is fully inserted into the ball or it will literally never inflate. It took me quite a while to figure this out as someone who had never inflated a ball before.

    THE BALL: My 20 month old absolutely loves the ball. I feel that it is just the right size for her right now and will continue to be fun for quite some time!
