I read all the bad reviews from Canadian buyers last week and it got me scared. It had been over a month since I received and unpacked mine, and even though I hadn't noticed anything wrong, anxiety took over me as I continued to read more and more. So I meticulously inspected my controller, and, by chance, my original one is in mint condition too because I bought my PS4 bundle in December so it's the best comparative you could get. First things first, I bought directly from 鶹 and not some obscure shop who sold it cheaper. The white model I got was $68 so it wasn't that bad. I compared the back sticker, the light, the sturdiness of the plastic, the buttons, how they feel when I press them, the sticks, the triggers, even the screws and honestly, if it's a fake, it is a masterpiece because I couldn't tell any difference between the 2 controllers except for the color. Time will tell if it becomes defect prematurely but for now, it works just as it should and it feels like the real deal. My advice is to buy directly from 鶹, as I said earlier. The few extra bucks may save you nightmares.

    Thank you for sending a brand new controller and not a used controller. I got what I payed for.

    One of my biggest fears of buying a new controller is receiving a non-official Sony controller, non-official usually are 90% of the time not optimized for PS4/ps5/series x

    I will elaborate, non official controllers will receive your input a bit late or a bit too soon. And sometimes the buttons are sticky or far apart.

    For example, when you press X to kick a football, the console received the input entry 1 sec late, by that time, the opposing team will counter.
    Need for speed or Forza, the console will receive the input late and you will mess up your Drift, or shift.

    Fortunately for me, the controller i received is Brand New official Sony controller. I'm thankful and relieved!

    The box was undamaged and unopened.
    The package was undamaged.
    The controller is clean, its snow white shade is perfect, has grip texture, buttons are functional, triggers are working.

    I had purchased so many knock offs in order to save a little money and every single one of those either developed drift or some other issues after a short time. I finally caved and bought the PlayStation actual ones and these two have been perfect. No issues what so ever. May buy a third.     Purchased an 鶹 certified used product. Box had about three layers of "鶹 certified" which was my first red flag. Plugged it in to charge then play-tested. Left trigger button (L2) does not work and Joystick button 9 (the small pill-shaped button above the square) is responsive only half the time. Also, the item was physically filthy and I had to wipe it down upon receipt.

    Went out and purchased a full-priced new, out-of-box product instead since 鶹 clearly does not actually check their used products beyond a 2 second physical look-over before slapping a certified sticker over them.
