Providing real-time status updates and alert, convenient for all family members. Voice prompt supports English, Spanish and French.

  • It is normal for minor water streaks during using and it will usually dry within 3-5 minutes. For best cleaning results, make the final passes by pushing the vacuum forward instead of pulling backward - this ensures the wiper bar functions correctly.

  • It is recommended to replace the roller brush every 3-6 months to maintain good cleaning performance. Long use causes the roller brush's diameter to decrease, reducing water absorption.

  • A.Please always run the self-clean function and empty the dirty water tank after each use, B. ensure the brush and filter are thoroughly clean and dried before start using, and C. replace the filter every 3-6 months for optimal cleaning efficiency.

  • After turning off the machine, press the uesd water tank release button to remove the water tank, pour out the dirty water, rinse the used water tank with clean water, and use the matching cleaning brush to scrub the inner wall.

  • To avoid potential damage, please only use Dreame cleaning solution which is specially formulated and tested for your machine, as other brands may contain harmful ingredients that could affect internal components.
