Place the inserts inside your shoes. 5. Use the foot massage inserts in conjunction with the DR-HO'S Pain Therapy System, following the system's instructions. 6. For best results, use on a hard, flat surface.

    I see a lot of people complaining the travel foot pads won't connect to an older (white) unit. They do and here's how. Unplug the foot pads from the cord they arrive with. This is at the 'instep'. Disconnect the dual ended cord from a pair of patch pads (small or large - doesn't matter) and connect the smaller pins to the foot pads. You might have to separate the cord a bit. You now have two ends that will plug into the older unit. It works! Hope this helps .
