Just a note, mine did not come with a shower strap. Customer service said they didn't have those in stock but helped me out right away. The comfort insert is really not needed and in fact, may cause a loss of vacuum. I found it much easier and more comfortable without it. I found that it works much better while having a bath as opposed to a shower. Maybe because the angle needed to prevent water leaking out the top pip. Overall, a good purchase and way cheaper than from the Bathmate website. These appear to be Bathmate's older model just the difference in model number. Be patient and you will find the best position and way to do it.
