Will try to adjust by opening it and trying to remove where too much of filling is put in (it is hard and feels like big lumps on the back). Or will just have to make it myself with better filling. Honestly, I would be happy to pay more for good product that will do the job. Every person is different, but this is not made to feel right for anybody I asked to try it.
