Featuring a next-generation processor, DJI RC Pro is the newest high-performance remote controller platform with a built-in screen. Compared with the DJI Smart Controller, the performance of the CPU and GPU of DJI RC Pro is increased by 4 times and 7 times respectively, with boosted system performance and lower power consumption, offering longer use duration and a smoother control experience. DJI RC Pro also features a comprehensively improved transmission system. It supports the brand-new O3+ transmission with a livestreaming at up to 1080p/60fps and a max transmission range of 15 km. In addition, DJI RC Pro adopts the same control sticks of DJI FPV for more precise, responsive, and smooth operation.

2. What are the differences between the ultra-bright display of DJI RC Pro and a normal display?

DJI RC Pro provides brightness up to 1000 nits, showing clear details even under direct sunlight, making it an optimal tool for outdoor use. Normal phone screens, however, cannot provide a constant high level of brightness and will automatically decrease brightness in an outdoor environment.

3. Does DJI RC Pro support quick charging?

Yes, it supports mainstream quick-charging solutions. It takes 2 hours to fully charge DJI RC Pro with a 12V charger, and 1.5 hours with a 15V charger.

4. What is the operating time of DJI RC Pro?

3 hours or longer under normal operating conditions.

5. Does DJI RC Pro have a speaker and microphone?

DJI RC Pro has a built-in speaker, but does not have microphone. For phone calls and recording, it supports an external microphone through the USB Type-C port.

    Supposedly much better than the old smart controller, from online reviews

    Should have included at least one extra set of control sticks, in case one gets lost. I had to order spares separately which require (expensive) and slow shipping from China. Fortunately, not needed immediately.

    As I mentioned in the headline, I am using this with my Air2S which worked great after the firmware update, so the Mavic 3 description is now a misnomer. Would be great if it was also made backwards compatible with Mini 2, maybe in the next update?

    Very little to complain about with this piece if kit. Have wanted one, ever since they added the Mini 3 Pro, to the compatibility list and now I have the Mavic 3 classic, it's even better. The configurable c1, c2 , 5 way etc buttons, mean less searching on the remote and more time concentrating on the flight and getting the shot...

    Only little niggle, was the number if times I had to try updating over my WiFi which is not yhe best and then I tried my phones hotspot, which at first wasn't much better, until I set it to 5 Ghz, rather than 2.8 and then all went much quicker.. but I still have to give this thing, despite it's rather high price, 5 stars..

    Have been a big fan of DJI products, since the Mavic Mini first came out and I very much doubt I will ever buy anything else, as far as drones go.

    This is very well built, the screen is excellent, even in bright sunshine, the sticks feel much smoother than those of the Dji rc or rc n1.

    Oh there is one tiny thing that is, at least for now, a bit disappointing.. In the blurb, it makes mention of the 4G cellular module optional purchase. However, right now, that thing is only available in mainland China and apparently in Australia.. Would be great if it was available in the UK, but as far as I know, it is not and neither is it available in Europe or the US... Only time will tell, if we, in the, UK ever get to own one... Would certainly bring back the one thing I have missed, and that's having live maps... and of course, if you have an excellent 4G signal, then you have a far more reliable signal, than you ever will with WiFi or O3+ as DJI cellular it...Yes it will also mean unlimited range but unless you have the certification and permissions to fly beyond vlos, that is meaningless.

    Anyway, if you have the money, if you have a need for the best rc dji have to offer, right now, then I recommend the DJI RC Pro.

    La única pega que le encuentro es el alto precio comparado con el modelo anterior y que a día de hoy solo es compatible con Mavic 3 y Air 2S.
    En comparación con llevar el control por defecto es muchísimo más rápido en encontrar satélite y te evita tener que usar un smartphone como pantalla.
    Los botones adicionales y el botón 5D le da un extra que permite agilizar el acceso a la mayoría de funciones del dron.
    Yo lo tengo configurado para acceder a los parámetros de la cámara y resulta muy útil.
    Cuando lo tienes en las manos te das cuenta de que es un mando de altísima calidad tanto por materiales como por construcción.
    Tiene salida de mini Hdmi y entrada de tarjeta para ampliar la capacidad del mando.
    Cierto es que el precio es muy alto, pero si llegas a tenerlo entre las manos no te vas a desprender de el.
