About this item

Silicone Candy Molds are made of food grade silicone, BPA free. Suitable for microwaves, freezers, ovens and refrigerators. Heat and cold resistant -58℉~482℉(-50℃～+250℃)
Silicone Mini Chocolate Molds is non stick, easily release, not easy to deform, can be used repeatedly. Easy to clean, you can put them into the dishwasher to clean them or wash them with the warm soapy water by hand.
Each of the 126 square cavities measures 15x15mm with a height of 10mm, capacity 0.1 oz, whole the entire mold measures 11.53" x7.63" x 0.47".

I thought this was amazing , 126 squares at 3g / ml per thats amazing volume when i ordered it. Unfortunately once i filled the squares, froze it and it came out, i was struggling to get 1.5 to 2g per square, its definitely not 3, and for my purposes 3 is a must. In terms of quality, these are super thin and flimsy, but i suppose you would need them to be this flimsy to easily get out the items when ready. The green mold in my photo next to them is super thick and strong in comparison, i think i prefer ones like that. Any little movement and the mold collapses.

These did absolutely amazing for my Christmas Cinnimon Hard Candy. I used cooking spray but I didn’t need too. In the end, all the spray migrated to the surface of the candy anyway and then I had to wipe off all the oil. A bit of advice though. Use a flat surface Like a spatula to spread it out into the mold while it’s still hot. Be aware that you will make a bit of a mess but it’s ok. They will turn out great. Like little jolly ranchers. I put them in the dish washer to clean them. It worked fine.
