I loved this so much. I am vegan and these are vegan which is always my favourite. I added these into my daily routine as I’m trying to fix my thyroid since I messed it up by not eating iodine (I am eating salt with iodine again now). Anyways my feet have always been cold since my thyroid got messed up and these supplements have helped me and cold feet. I also hate taking pills but these are at least small so it’s not bad!!
