Product description

Working Principle of VSR: ✔ Automatic Charging: When the engine starts and the generator charges the starting battery to about 13.4 volts, the controller connects the sub-battery in parallel for simultaneous charging. ✔ Disconnection When Engine Stops: When the engine is off and the voltage drops to around 12.8 volts, the controller disconnects the sub-battery to prevent draining the starting battery. ✔ Emergency Start: If the starting battery can't start the engine, use the emergency switch to connect the sub-battery for extra power. Turn off the switch after the engine starts. ✔ Automatic Resumption: After using the emergency switch, the controller resumes normal operation, managing the batteries for charging or disconnecting them to prevent discharge. Advantages of a Voltage Sensitive Relay (VSR): ✔ High Stability: VSRs minimize voltage drop, ensuring a steady and stable voltage supply to connected devices. ✔ High Reliability: Known for their dependable performance, VSRs are less likely to fail, making them reliable for various uses. ✔ Simple Wiring: VSRs make installation easier with straightforward wiring, ideal for those without advanced electrical skills. ✔ No Ignition Switch Connection Needed: VSRs don't require a direct link to the ignition switch, simplifying installation. ✔ Preserves Original Wiring Layout: VSRs fit into the existing vehicle wiring without major modifications, maintaining the original setup. ✔ Capacity Flexibility: VSRs support auxiliary batteries with larger capacities than the main battery, offering additional power storage.
