    The line is to be used with my new cordless 20V Dewalt trimmer. I have not had the need to replenish the line yet, but this spool is exact same as the line factory-supplied with my trimmer. I find this heavy duty line to be far more durable than generic big-box store line I have used on older corded trimmer. It cuts as well as can be expected as it is equivalent to cutting efficiency in this regard.. This line not an "ever-sharp miracle blade" type of line that will cut through anything & everything 10 times as fast. . However, I find the line is very resistant to breakage during normal use. As a result, less bump & feed with my new trimmer using this line and that means less line usage over time ($$$ savings). The item arrived a full day sooner than expected and the price was significantly lower than local big-box stores. It last longer but cuts the same, would recommend.
