    I like the stapler now I finally figured out how to use it. The part of the instructions where it explains how to load the stapler should be more clear. This is the first time I used a pneumatic stapler and I was trying to load the staples on top of the back piece that pulls out (like my manual stapler). After a re-reading the instructions and still not getting it to work I took out a rolled pin that was blocking the longer staples from going in all the way... two springs shot out and a plastic piece got lost... Eventually I found all the parts and figured out how it was worked then I finally realized that you turn it upside down and load the staples from underneath the stapler. The instructions even have 3 pictures for the loading of the staples but none of them show where to load the staples. Dewalt, I suggest you should get a couple people who have never used this type of tool before to read the instructions and try to use it then you will know if you explained things well enough.

    Besides my complaint about the instructions I really like this stapler. It has good features and is adjustable. The only thing is that the longest staple it will take is 1.5".
