When you think of DeWalt you would not think of a flashlight, but they have hit this one out of the park! There is no plastic except the lens to be found. It is solid and durable. The best thing is you don't have to change batteries. And the rectangular shape is great to set down on a tray in your truck and not roll around. It has been dropped several times without any sign of damage except for maybe a little paint chip here and there. There are no bells and whistles just a very good,bright and durable flashlight. Oh by the way it has a very strong magnet and a fold away hook on the end for working on vehicles or machinery etc.
