I absolutely love this toaster oven! Purchased it because our oven died and we weren't sure what style of stove we were going to purchase. I had no idea there was a toaster oven out there that would hold a 9X13 pan! I've made casseroles and muffins with great results. The only time something didn't turn out very well was when I didn't preheat long enough. Lesson learned, the next time I baked a large casserole I waited and had no problem. The unit is much lower than others which is perfect if you have the extra molding on your cupboards to hide under counter lighting. It gets quite hot front and top but the sides stay much cooler, very helpful if you have lots of things on your counter because you don't have a lot of space! Very pleased with this oven and am still using it to cook & bake with for smaller things. Fabulous to know I have such a wonderful back up to our new full size induction range!

Love this toaster oven. Has all the features I was looking for including Air fry. I have used this to bake, warm up items, air fry and toast. It’s easy to clean. I air fried some barbecue wings and they splattered everywhere, so once the oven cooled I took it apart and everything cleaned up nicely. The instructions were clear as I had a smaller toaster oven before this, so it was pretty easy to figure out. My husband and I use this toaster oven to cook a lot of our meals instead of our full size oven. It’s large, takes up a lot of counter space, but it’s well worth it.

After my glaring review below, I now need to take it back!! The dang thing is now broken after only 4.5 months of use. My old Kitchen Aid lasted for 3-years. I guess that’s that it for me trying B&D brand toaster ovens. Apparently they're disposable. 🥴

I’ve had this toaster since 25 October 2019, so far so good! Amazing toaster oven. Toaster and Air-Fry function does its job quickly. Baking is another though. The temperature setting seems to be lower than my old Kitchen Aid. I used to bake a small frozen pizza at 225 for 20mins in my old toaster-oven. Now I have to do 375 for 30mins. 🤔

Note about cleaning:
- Make sure you remove most of the food dropped inside before you pull out the drip/crumb pan because it gets scraped when you pull it out. The scraps end up on the bottom of the toaster and in the indent beneath the door. See pics.
- If you want to keep the inside ‘stainless steel’ colour, you have to wipe it down (after it’s cooled) the insides if there’s splatter. I’ve been lax in mine and it’s started to turn dark. 😐🤦🏻‍♂️

Always had a toaster oven in the kitchen. In addition to the regular sliced bread toaster. It’s convenient in baking and grilling small stuff instead of using the main oven - saves on energy too.

This is the first B&D brand toaster oven I’ve bought. It’s a bit of a downgrade from my usual Kitchen Aid quality with really thick stainless steel casing and heavy. This B&D unit is very light and the stainless steel is very thin. But for all that it can do and how big/wide it is.... hands down I’m very happy with it. The current Kitchen Aid Model, I bought - I ended up returning as the cooking clearance overhead was too low.

The air-fry (convection) option on this unit is great for reheating take home fries, but need to be careful on frozen fries as it burns the edges before getting cooked throughly.

All in all, I recommend this product. 👍🏼👍🏼

Buyer beware of this oven. I'm on my 3rd one. All 3 of them have had the timer stick. The oven stays on, but the timer sticks and doesn't count down (notice if you stop hearing the ticking). I've managed to catch it every each occasion, but it will surely result in overcooked dishes if you don't. Its for sure a defect for it to happen to all 3 of them. One of them bought here and returned for refund and the other 2 from Costco so its not even just a production lot of defects but rather an overall performance defect.

I have had this air-fryer/Toaster oven for several years now, and it has gotten a workout,band has the burned on stains to prove it. The outside, however cleans up very nicely, with a bit of wash soda on a sponge or cloth. The inside is a real stinker to clean, an it will never look new, inside, again.
I kept the basket, but bought a stainless steel toaster oven pan, and a smaller enameled pan, both work well for different things. And they are easier to clean. I use 10x13 casseroles (with no handles), various size other casseroles, i bake bread regularly, loaves that will not top the bread pan, and roast whole chickens, though have also split chickens and Cornish hens to flatten them over stuffing for a faster bake. I use this for all my oven needs, in fact i have been here for more than 9 years and never used the standard installed oven at all. If you are thinking of furnishing a cabin, this is th only oven you will need, and it is a very efficient air fryer, thus the grease stains. It is a much better air fryer than the “chubby tubby” air fryers, has a larger capacity, and no fussing with the product. The oven is very deep, and handles a 12” piza, or one of your home made pizzas with ease. All around great oven, and wide enough for most things, but not a Turkey, but maybe a really, really small (5-6Lb maybe) one, split. Or cut into serving pieces before roasting, though i have never tried it, so no guarantee. A good purchase, and you will never need to buy an air fryer, so one less thing on the counter.
It has back bumpers to give it separation from walls, by the way, a very nice safety item.but you might try pulling the crumb tray out a couple inches, to keep the door from dropping when you open it., if the shelf or other site is narrow.
Those are the plusses and minuses. Hope you love your purchase.

Ya no calenta bien, me di cuenta que las resistencias de abajo ya ni prenden, cuando calienta, solo es por un lado, y tarda demasiado las recetas en el horno a comparación de lo que es sugerido el tiempo. Desde la primera vez no me convencio la freidora, tardo mucho más para medio freír papas. Jamas vuelvo a comprar un horno de esta marca.
