One downfall of this fly trap is that it takes a whole plug in. I moved my appliances around to accommodate this. The light needs to be on at all times for this to work. The light attracts the flies. The flies attract to the light and land on the sticky and they are done.. I highly recommend this trap, it’s a great invention!

The product seems to work well. Not many fungus gnats were caught on the back. But the problem cleared up pretty quickly so I'm assuming thats why. I used various methods to get rid of the gnats and so I believe the issue just resolved before too many of the gnats were caught on this trap.
