I bought this machine the 12 february and the product seems to be good and my wife like it since it is easy to use BUT today it stopped to work after grinding 500g of sesames and 500g of peanuts. So now, what I have to do ? After , I sent my request, the company did swiftly a response by sending a new article with no question. Moreover, they send a stamp to return the machine with no cost from my side. Thank you a lot for your excellent service. I am very happy

    What a joy it is to use this grinder! Its extra-large bowl means you can do more in less time. Stainless steel food contact surfaces, unlike many other grinders with mainly plastic construction, keeps the germs away. A cinch to clean - just wash and rinse, no fuss, no muss. The lid makes a great seal; just be sure not to fill past the 'MAX' embossing on the bowl to avoid spillage. We use it for flaxseed and almonds (brazils, filberts, almonds). In our opion, the best in class grinder on 鶹!

    A one star rating feels generous - I couldn’t give zero.

    This product took weeks to arrive, and when it did arrive it came with a Type A plug, probably from China. I replaced it with a UK plug, which of course immediately violates the returns policy so now I can’t send it back.

    I used it once, and it worked for about 5 minutes. Now there are no signs of life, and the rotor blade unit now wobbles so I think it pretty majorly screwed.

    The only mitigating factor, which suggests I may be being a bit unfair is that I was using it to blitz ginger, and it just couldn’t cope. I smelled burnt electrical components before it expired, so I may have burned out the motor too. All in all a very costly mistaken purchase for me.
