Easy to Use and Effective
I have been looking to replace a hand mixer that is over 20 years old. Somethings are better from that time, but in this case, this mixer from Cuisinart is so much better. The mixer is a nice white colour and with the stainless steel, it gives it a clean, simple and modern look. It is compact and does not take up too much space. It was simple to push the beaters into the appropriate slots, and the mixer is ready to use. I did not even need to read the instructions because it is that intuitive, especially if you have used a hand mixer before. The mixer is easy to hold and it is pretty lightweight making it effortless to maneuver and move around. There are 6 speed settings and the lever slides easily up or down to select the desired one. It mixes well and is effective. In terms of noise level, it’s not too loud and should not disturb or bother anyone that is close by. The release lever is easy to pull and the beaters eject right away. I like the heel rest feature that allows the mixer to rest upright on the countertop. Cleanup was super easy as only the beaters needed washing. This is a great hand mixer, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for one that is easy to use yet effective.

    I just received this hand mixer and had to immediately try it and I am so impressed. I like the lever for changing speeds, very convenient. Each blade must go into its indicated slot which is no problem. The slow speed is great, no splashing and I mixed a double batch of cookies with no problem at all. This mixer is the quietest hand mixer I have ever had, you can actually talk and listen to someone while using it without raising your voice. The eject button works great also.
    I have a Cuisinart Stand Mixer which I absolutely love but sometimes you just need a hand mixer for a quick small job and I am so happy that I purchased this one. I also have a couple of other small Cuisinart appliances and every one has been worth the money. This one was even on sale which is great. I definitely give it a 5 star rating!

    My thirty year old mixer died when trying to mix icing that was too thick. I don't know if this one is special or it's common for most modern mixers, but I was and am amazed at how QUIET this thing is. Initial speed is higher than I'm used to or would like, however it's quite good. Cord comes out the back and can swivel to make it easier to maneuver however you need to. Ejector switch is smooth and easily lets the beaters out.

But the best thing I like is when you beat egg whites or anything like that they don't splash out of the bowl. It actually starts slow on #1 setting and gets faster as it goes up. The food doesn't even splash out of the bowl on high. So many beaters when you start them on #1, everything splash's out all over. This one is very quiet and beats everything really well especially egg whites , they come out great. Wish I had this one years ago. I give it a 10 out of 10.
