    We really liked the even heat across the entire cooking surface. The cooking surface is smaller than on the previous unit we were using, but we still were able to get good results. It does take a little more time to cycle to full operating temperature after you remove a "cookie: or "cone shape" than our previous unit, but the hour maximum time to used the unit provided plenty of time to make about 70 or more cones.

The recipe in the manual produces tasty results but the batter was a bit heavy and so I tried other recipes which gave a thinner batter that was easier to roll and gave nicely embossed krumkake The only disappointment was that the kit did not include the conical roller.

    Well I have owned this machine for a bit and today I finally get a chance to use it ,so I mixed up the dough per the instruction booklet ,plugged the cooker in ,after a few minutes the green light came on and I sponed up the instructed amount carefully closed the top I hit the timer on my phone . Well the timer bell rang and I lifted up the lid and to my astonishment 2 prety cookies appeared. I used my wood scraper and carefully lifted the 2 out of the machine , I placed them on a marble cooling board and quickly spooned in 2 more and yes it works ,very well
