    When the very famous author Vi Carter, Queen of the Dark Irish Mafia, told me she was writing a Romantasy novel with Maya Basol, I was happily surprised 😮 To be honest, Romantasy books are not my favourite type of novel. But I was so so so wrong.

    We meet Lord Kaan, Lord of the Shadow, setting court. He accused Lord Zoran to have killed Advisor Malik in a peace negotiations about borders discussions. That’s when Lady Nesilhan came and try to save her brother’s life. In exchange, she will marry Lord Kaan in a blood debt. That’s mean they will be bound by blood. Every
    Thoughts, emotions.They will feel them both as theirs. And the bound make lying impossible.
    And that’s when the fun begins!!! She wants to kill him because he killed her mother. She hates him but did she really is?
    The back and forth between them is a battle no one will win. And Kaan? Omg!!! He is narcissistic, stubborn, arrogant and his sarcasm is why I love him so much!!! His rhetorical ability to make everything he said so funny, it’s just amazing!!! Since Lady Nesilhan is a diplomatic person, she’s logical, intelligent and smart. So the two together is like… Shadows and Light!!!!
    The only problem is that is a trilogy so we have to wait to see what happens after this book.
    Vi and Maya congratulations! I never thought i would love Romantasy!!! You made me a fan!!! 5 ⭐️

    What an incredible book, well bloody done. Couldn’t put it down, it had wit n humour and a trigger list so send most into hiding. But you ladies made it so incredibly enjoyable.
