Our daughter was always borrowing our old crock pot... so we went and bought the digital version of the crock pot and gifted our old unit to her. It works great. Only one thing odd about the new crock pot is that the glass cover doesn't tend to cover the top of the unit as well as the glass cover on the old crock pot. It almost seems like the cover was from a smaller version of our crock pot... but it works and does the job. On receipt the plastic handle on the top glass cover was broken... we contacted the company immediately and sadly they didn't have spare handles to repair this obvious warranty type item. They suggested that we either send the entire unit back to 鶹 or for us to go and simply buy a new handle on 鶹 - which is what we did... we paid 9 bucks to get a new handle the next day via 鶹. Fortunately the quality of the aftermarket handle is better then the flimsy plastic handle that came originally on the crock pot. All said and done... we love this crock pot.
