    I opened the bubble wrapped vinyl box to find that it looks like the box has been RIPPED open from the bottom and the vinyl itself seems to be covered in specks of dirt, hair and possibly bugs? I don’t want to look too close for that last one. I haven’t measured it to see if any of the 21ft vinyl has been used but it’s definitely in the back of my mind.

    The box came ripped open. And a sticker that said it had been inspected and repackaged. I thought nothing of it until i saw it also had 2 cuts of about 2 feet out of it. And floting around the outside of the roll. Im very disappointed and am not sure i even got all the vynal i orded.
