I ordered the miNaturals Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Capsules to try out another brand of Creatine. Going into Month 2 of the year and hitting the gym 3-5 times a week, and trying out Creatine in general after not using it for a few years. I had tried another brand in month one and noticed some changes in my body and a little more zest in the workouts. With this product It was a challenge to take so many of these capsules the first seven days. I admit I may have missed a dose or two. Overall I'm feeling good. I recently performed a deadlift capacity test whereas we do 13 Deadlifts every minute for 5 minutes at 225 lbs. I was able to complete this, so I know something is going on. I struggled with this test just before the new year. I found that once you get used to the does, the maintenance phase is easy and I remembered to take my once a day daily dose. I feel no side effects, just a little more energy during Crossfit workouts, and I'm leaning out a bit. The Capsules have no flavour, and I take them 2 at a time every few minutes when dosing until the dose is complete. This is overall a great supplement for working out, it has no flavour, and I only struggled with it during the loading phase.
