Convenient capsule form
Now that I am taking different supplements for my workouts, I just about forgot about Creatine because the last time I remember taking it in powder form which meant mixing with water and drinking it. I didn't give it much thought as I already take powder type pre-workout and after workout drinks. I came across this product and thought I could add this as they are capsules and easier to take when needed. It says to take 4 capsules per serving which seems like a lot as they are not small capsules but I figured it won't make me feel full having to add another drink to my workout. I take 4 capsules with my lunch because I can make sure I take them all at one time every time and I don't want to take on an empty stomach. It's been about 2 weeks now and I have felt great each time with no stomach issues. I've even had them same days when I take a TNT pre-workout evening drink and have no issues either. This has added an additional jolt to my overall workout routine and I just feel great overall. Keep in mind results will vary from person to person. I am currently in a regime that I guess you can describe as "stacking" where there are other supplements and workout boosts which work well for me but may be if you take this on your own, you will get a better idea of the results. It's a huge bottle of 200 capsules so there are plenty of capsules. Either way, you can't go wrong taking Creatine for your workout regime. The benefits are very helpful to achieve your goal if you want to add some mass and growth.

Found this company here Pure Sport Naturals and decided to give the Creatine Monohydrate a try it comes in a bottle with 200 veggie caps and is supose to last for roughly 50 days and one dose is four pills that equal 3000mg, now this is used for people that are training or go to the gym as well as for help with muscle mass helps increase size and strength and helps you with your workouts taking them to the max enhancing high intensity strength training so pretty good supplement if you ask me, it is formulated for both men and women and made in Canada so you know your getting quality product. I like this because it has helped me out in the gym when training and I feel stronger after my workouts and its easy to take just 4 pills and water instead of making a shake in a bottle or glass, i do like the convenience of taking the pills instead of the smoothie/shake but not everyone will feel the same but the product does work its a low dose with the 4 pills suggested but hey you can always take more or less so these are also great when traveling instead of taking enormus sized containers you just take a small one so i do recommend this product to anyone who likes to work out and needs a little bit of help so give it a try.
