I already use magnesium from the Nutritionn brand (which are fantastic for getting a good sleep, by the way), so I was really happy to be able to try their creatine. I'm not a huge worker-outer, not looking for big gains or anything...my use case is more for the brain. I often focus a lot at work, and frequently experience brain fog and sort of a decision fatigue by the end of the work day. Creatine is supposed to help with the brain's energy supply. Just a few times in the past after work I have taken a powder creatine on my partner's advice, and my head did feel better, more clear later in the evening. I wanted to test these out, by taking creatine a little after lunch time, see if it helped to keep my energy high DURING the day, rather than waiting to run out of energy. I really like the capsule format for the office, much easier to take than powder. I tend to only take 3 capsules (3 grams) at a time rather than 5, otherwise the bottle will run out much faster. The results? I really do think it helps most of the time, but it's not a be-all-end-all cure. I still have to make sure I'm getting enough sleep, eating low sugar...everything works together. I'm going to keep taking these when I feel like I need a boost, and I really do love the capsule format for the office!

    I like that this creatine comes in capsule form. It makes it much easier and more convenient to take compared to powder. If I’m already having a protein shake, I don’t mind adding powdered creatine, but when I’m just taking creatine on its own, capsules are definitely my preference.

    One reason I prefer capsules is that I tend to drink water in small sips rather than a full glass at once. Drinking a large amount of water quickly can upset my stomach, and with powdered creatine I feel like I need to drink a full glass quickly. Capsules make it easier to take without having to drink a lot all at once.

    The creatine itself seems to work well for me. One way I’ve noticed a difference is with my appetite. I’ve always been underweight, and when I take creatine regularly it seems to help increase my appetite, which is something I personally find helpful. Overall, it’s a convenient option if you want the benefits of creatine without dealing with mixing powders.

    Very convenient way to take creatine. I usually use powder but sometimes it can be a bit of pain as you'd normally be mixing protein powder and then you would have to add creatine powder on top, it's not super annoying but switching to capsule does make it much easier for workout prep. The NPN checks out and the brand is a Canadian brand and reliable, the capsule has been working well for me so far and was not different from powder.

    However each capsule only contains 1g. Usually you want 3g at least so you have to take 3 capsules at once. Other than that, these are a great alternative to powder creatine.

    Not much more you can ask for, it's cGMP certified so quality control is assured.

    I've done research before and found 3grams to be more than enough on an omnivore diet for most cases, excess gets excreted out into waste anyway.

    So 3 of these, is a 100 day supply.
    First time trying capsules and I found the cost and amount of capsule to be very reliable from the onset, can recommend.

    I have been taking creatine consistently for about 3 years now, so I have a good baseline for how it affects my training. Honestly, creatine is creatine, if it's pure, it works. In that regard, this product does exactly what it's supposed to. I haven't noticed any difference in performance compared to other brands I've used, which is actually a positive thing as it confirms the quality is there. I also really appreciate that it is made in Canada and third-party tested; it gives me peace of mind about what I'm putting in my body.

    The only reason I'm knocking off a star is the pill count. To get a standard 5g serving, you have to swallow 5 capsules. personally, I find taking that many pills every single day to be a bit of a hassle. If you absolutely hate the taste of powder, this is a great alternative, but just be prepared to swallow a handful of capsules to get your full dose.

    I've been useing creatine for my workouts for years but was getting realy tired of the gritty powder that never mixed well and had a chalky taste. Switching to these creatine capsules has been absolutly perfect for making my supplementation routine clean and effortless.

    The quality seems fantastic, especially with the third party testing and being made in Canada. Each capsule provides a solid 1000mg dose, so it's easy to track my daily intake. I take three capsules with a big glass of water before my workout, and they're easy to swallow. I've maintained all the benefits I expect from creatine, like improved endurance and recovery during my weightlifting sessions, but without any digestive upset or messy powder.
