    I've had Cross pens in the past. Unfortunately they were "borrowed," never to be seen again. This one is a rather plain looking but has a really nice feel and weight to it. The description of the pen implied that you put a cap over the ball point. But it doesn't work that way. You twist the pen to get the ball point to come out, which is better in my opinion.

    At $20 it's a good price. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a nice pen (that might get borrowed again).

    So I do like the way this pen writes. The ink flows nice. It writes smooth with no skipping. I bought the refills with it also because I have a hard time finding refills for pens unless I know the exact name of pen. The design is simply pretty. It is not a click pen. One must turn the bottom of the pen to use. It's a good value for the money. I have only one small very minor complaint. I have a planner that I use daily and it has a place for me to put a pen through a loop. The clip on the pen is very tight. I suppose this is a good thing for some people but it's hard for me to get pen out of the loop on my planner. That being said, that's not a deal breaker for me.
