    I wanted something that took up less counter space, had lower wattage than the others, looks nice and worked well but still would hold a decent amount of food. This really worked out well. I can fit an entire Square 9.8 oz Totino's frozen Pizza in it (the cheap old school pizza's) a great size comparison to help you gauge what fits. I'm really happy with this purchase.

    I bought the Courant vertical toaster to replace my Sanyo toaster that's no longer sold. I was wondering why it was slightly lopsided and it turns out that one of the legs was crooked and couldn't be fixed. I decided to give the toaster a try anyway and as a toaster, it works. It does not fit "four slices bread" as advertised. I tried baking chicken nuggets in them and the toaster shuts off mid-way leading to a meal that is in no way "perfect" as they advertise. Unfortunately the return window has closed so I'm going to use it as a toaster until I get a Sanyo toaster from eBay.

    This was a great little toaster, it fit in the space on my countertop well and did a great job for a while. I bought it in July of 2024, it is now may of 2025 and the bottom heating element just died. I suppose for the price it worked well but I really thought it would have lasted at least a year.

    We had seen the vertical toasters in Japan and wanted one for our small house. This is an inexpensive version but we we happy with the original one that had lasted several years so we bought another. We were please that they had made some upgrades like more temperature controls and a much need drip pan.
    It seems to hotter faster so toast is much quicker and that is an improvement as well.
    Is it nicer than something three times the price? No, but we were happy enough to buy another when the heating element gave out on the old one.

    This product did what it says it will do and met my need for using less countertop space. It’s too narrow for a pie plate but you could bake anything given the right container. And since it doesn’t hold heat after it goes off it is great for summertime use instead of the stove oven.
