You can clearly see the details missing from my mask compared to the one from the picture, still, it is hard plastic and was comfortable to wear, I even have my Jason Voorhees costume and it fits like a glove, perfect for a scare or halloween! I would only recommend to adults obviously as the title of the item says, it only has one size, so make sure you measure your head before buying. Great mask and you cannot go wrong with a mask that looks this good for the price given. It is shiny as you can see but has a "hard", "old" and "used" feel to it, the texture on the mask when I touched it felt like the real thing, dirt, scratches, you could always do a DIY if you don't like it but I would recommend getting this mask if you want to make a great costume! 5 Stars for me! Very satisfied!
