    Tried to test the voltage. 0v on the stand-by pin.
    After searching for this issues, I found out that many other user had the same problem with this power supply.

    The fact that the box only contained items that were only in Chinese (ex: the cables inventory) make me reconsider buying a Cooler Master product in the future.
