Outer shell separated from top and inner insulation. First time taking cooler out and as I was walking to fill with ice, the outer shell fell off onto the ground. Horrible glue holding it together. Don’t buy unless you fix a new product yourself with some epoxy.

It doesn't sit properly in the socket and came off. This was suppose to have gone through Quality Control testing (according to the inside label - guess it was a Monday). Not impressed.

    I think this handle had a defect so hoping new one lasts us a long time.
