To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on 鶹. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Customers say
The video game controller receives praise for its build quality, with customers describing it as a good product with good quality. However, the controller experiences significant issues with stick drift, particularly with the left controller starting to drift during use. Durability proves problematic as the controller breaks after very little use, with customers noting that cheap things don't last. Customers have mixed opinions regarding the controller's reliability and connectivity performance.

- Reviewed in Canada on January 2, 2026Verified PurchaseDo not purchase these controllers.Worked great right out of the box, however attached the to the switch to charge over night and the right controller no longer turns on or connects to the switch right away. I have to detach, press the button on the inside to turn on then Reconnect to the switch before it activates and connects. Then you can detach and use the controllers
Bad design. Find a better option

- Reviewed in Canada on November 5, 2025Verified PurchaseI recently upgraded my Nintendo Switch setup with this wireless replacement controller kit and after a week of gaming here’s how it stacks up:
What I liked:
Installation and pairing were easy. The controller connected quickly to my Switch (OLED model) and responded reliably during both casual games and more intense sessions.
The build quality is pretty solid for the price: the analog sticks feel smooth, the buttons click cleanly, and the triggers give good feedback.
Battery life performed well in my use — I got multiple 2-hour sessions before needing to recharge, which meets my expectations for a budget wireless controller.
The value is good: if you’re looking for a replacement or backup controller without the premium cost of first-party brands, this is a very reasonable option.
What could be better / things to watch:
The vibration and motion (gyro) features are present, but they’re not quite on par with Nintendo’s original controllers — the feedback is a little weaker and less refined. If you play games that rely heavily on motion/gyro controls, you’ll notice a slight drop in responsiveness.
Some games with very intense inputs (e.g., fast-paced action/competitive titles) occasionally showed a tiny bit of input lag compared to my original Joy-Con or Pro Controller. It didn’t ruin gameplay for me, but it was noticeable.
The controller’s finish is decent, but over time the cheaper housing may show more wear (scuffs, stick drift) compared to higher-end models. I’d recommend treating it with a little extra care.
Extra features like programmable buttons, premium materials, or swappable parts are missing — which is fine for many users, but if you want “pro-level” features this might not be your top pick.
Final verdict:
If you’re in the market for a wireless replacement controller for your Switch, this model hits the sweet spot of performance and value. I’m giving it 4 stars because it delivers most of what you’d expect from a good controller, with minor trade-offs. For casual to moderate gaming it’s a strong choice. If you’re a hardcore gamer who demands ultra‐tight latency, premium materials, and full feature set, you might consider stepping up to a higher-end option.
