    This is an awesome bag. I almost didn't buy it because of some negative reviews but I'm loving it so far. I use the main pocket the most often and I appreciate how easily the strap will let me slide the bag from my back to my front in one smooth motion. But somehow when the bag is behind me, the strap is never too slippery to let it move from the small of my back. The main compartment is spacious and the zippers are easy to open and close. The loops on the zippers make it extra easy to find them when you're in a hurry, too. The comparment thingee on the inside is nice, so I can carry my Sony a7III with a rather long zoom lens (24-70 f4 AF by Zeiss) as well as one other decent sized lens on the other compartment. The other zippers hold things like an extra battery, a brush for the lens/sensor, and a couple filters plus a rubber blower. The material seems slightly rubberized, which makes it feel more premium than regular nylon, and while I doubt it's fully watertight like a Patagonia backpack, I'm happy with it's durability so far. The colour I got was olive green and it looks really nice. The extra little handle on the back is thoughtful and useful when getting in and out of the car. Super good deal and would recommend this bag to others. If you have a really small camera like a Ricoh GR III or GR IIIx you don't need something this size. But if you're using a full sized DSLR with lenses then you need this bag.

    I’ve owned a handful of cam bags, but this one was just probably the most useful for quick jobs. Its design is really well thought out with dedicated slots for your extra bits (spare batteries, SDs, business cards, etc). When I first opened the package I was nervous this was going to be too small because of the way it was packed. Nope! It comes with a little structure insert that velcros to the inside to give the bag a solid shape. The insert feels like it gives adequate protection against bumping the bad on things. I put my longest lens (70-300mm) + EF>RF adapter to see if it would fit ,and it does comfortably.zips up no problem. I will say though, if my body had a grip, I’m not confident it would zip up. But there’s enough space in there that you could toss the grip in separately. There’s an inner body pocket, and lots of straps for whatever you need. It would be good for water bottles if not for a tripod. There is no plastic hardware on main weight points, meaning this will not squeak or make noises over time. Material doesn’t feel cheap, and I’m pretty pumped— swapping to this as my main.

    I am truly divided on this bag.

    On one hand, the bag itself is terrific. It’s got WAY more room than you’d think, even with the camera insert installed. I love how the insert forces the bag open when unzipped - it makes getting to the contents much easier. It’s not the sleekest or sexiest bag out there, but it seems well made and it looks pretty good.

    However, as most people have mentioned, the strap is truly bad. Like, beyond awful. It’s flimsy, and looks and feels incredibly cheap. For the life of me, I cannot figure out a way to pin the excess length once I’ve adjusted it to the length I want. The excess just kind of…hangs there. I’ve tried looping it back on itself, tucking it away, pinning it…everything. It’s just too long, without a good method of hiding the excess length.

    Overall, a great bag with a crummy strap. But I still like it.

    I like the fact that the bag has more shape than many messenger style bags. It's sold as a camera bag, but you can remove padded dividers to use as general bag which is what I did. Also bought Tomtoc 13" bag (not a camera bag) which costs more. Similar in that it has a boxy shape. Oddly both are described as 10 litre volume but the Tomtoc is a fair bit larger. Suspect the K+F is less than 10 litres. Both good products. The K+F is about half the price of the Tomtoc. K+F has straps on bottom for tripod, but could be used for jacket. Expands what you can Cary in a pretty compact bag. Tomtoc has similar.
