The product title and description states it works with the Insta360 X5 -- which it doesn't on its own (you can't directly attach the camera since there is no attachment piece for the Insta360 X56 included). You need to buy a separate adapter to attach to the camera so that it can't even be used with this product. I regret not spending the extra to just buy a full chest/wrist/backpack/head mount setup for not much more.

It do what it is supposed to do and hold the gopro to a backpack strap but the only small thing i don't like is that the way the plastic retainer is fixed to the velcro is held by 2 loses ish fabric band so it moves a bit from left to right.
Overall it good but lack a bit of stability.

The K&F Concept Backpack Shoulder Strap Mount for GoPro Hero 13 12 11 10 9 8 DJI OSMO Action 5, with 360° Rotational, Adjustable Pad has a decent build quality. The adapter fits well on my GoPro HERO 4K, but it only works well with the “foot” of the mount bent to the back of the camera as shown in the picture. In this position, it is harder to check the camera’s LCD. There are also 3 screws on the back of the “foot” to attach it to the “leg” of the mount. The “foot” also fits well in my OEM GoPro Shoe even though it does not have the rubber lock that the OEM “foot” has. A photo is attached to compare the OEM foot (left) with the K&F "foot" under review (right).

The Velcro wrap is fairly strong and can support the GoPro adapter well. However, it is a little stiff and works best with a 2” strap width. It may not work very well with a 1” strap. There is a plastic surface inside the Velcro wrap to grip onto the shoulder strap to prevent it from sliding down. However, due to the weight of the camera, it will slide down for sure. There is no pin or strap provided to prevent the camera from sliding down. Therefore, the Velcro wrap is best installed above a buckle on the shoulder strap, which will stop the camera from sliding down.

The “shoe” on the Velcro wrap can rotate 360 degrees by squeezing 2 release buttons together. It works well, and this rotation can compensate for non-vertical shoulder straps.

The plastic phone clamp can only extend for 1 inch and is of average quality.

All in all, this is a decent backpack strap mount for GoPro cameras. However, the long-term strength and reliability of the predominantly plastic mount have not been tested.

Always looking for useful tools to add to the kit when on the go. Pretty useful, but could benefit from an upgrade in the stability department. Seems well made overall, and convenient + portable. Throwing it in the pack for the time being, will see how much use I get out of it over time. For the time being, it's a useful kit, that seems decently made. Not perfect, but has it's uses.

Likes:
- Portable.
- Useful addition to the tool kit for on the go.
- Seems reasonably well made.
- Convenient.

Dislikes:
- Could benefit from improved stability.

This backpack/belt/shoulder strap mount seemed like a convenient way to capture different perspectives without a lot of fuss. The mount itself is lightweight and compact, which is great for portability. The build quality feels solid, and the rotating base is smooth and easy to adjust. I can quickly change the camera angle, even while on the move. The strap is easy to attach to various surfaces – backpack straps, belts, even my dog's harness, which is what I really wanted this for.

The grip is secure, and I have had no concerns about my camera coming loose. It also includes a phone clip, which is a nice bonus. While I mainly use it for my GoPro, the clip seems decent enough for quick device swaps, though it could be sturdier for bigger phones.

One small niggle is that the strap can be a little fiddly to adjust at times. Other than that, I think it's a pretty versatile and affordable mount. It's perfect for capturing on-the-go footage from unique angles.

Heute möchte ich meine persönliche Meinung zur K&F Concept Rucksack Schultergurt Halterung für Action Cams schreiben, welche ich im Rahmen des Vine Programmes testen durfte. Dies beeinflusst meine Rezension in keinster Weise. Ich hoffe ich kann hiermit bei der Entscheidung für oder gegen das Produkt helfen.
Wofür nutze ich die Halterung?
Für längere Wanderungen, bei denen ich aufnahmen vom Weg mit Action Cam (GoPro oder Insta 360) machen möchte, hatte ich bisher eine Klemme aus Metall am Rucksack-Schultergurt.
Der Nachteil einer solchen Klemme ist für mich, dass sie je nach Beladung des Rucksacks anfangen kann an der Brust zu drücken.
Deshalb der Versuch einer, mit Klett versehene Alternative aus Velcro.

Das Set enthält:
- 1x Schultergurt Halterung mit 360 Grad drehbarem Halter
- 1x Handyhalter
- 1x Schraube zum befestigen der Action Cam
- 1x Schnellverschluss (Typ J)

Wie schlägt sich der Halter im Einsatz?
Die Halterung ist sehr schnell, mit Hilfe von Klett, am Rucksack befestigt und die Kamera kann, wie bei anderen Halterungen auch, einfach mit einem passenden Schnellverschluss eingeklickt werden. Mit Hilfe der Schraube kann die Kamera festgestellt werden und Hält auch recht gut die Position.
Das Problem was ich mit der Halterung im Gegensatz zur Metallklemme habe ist, dass dieser Halter hier bei Bewegung nach einiger Zeit leicht nach unten rutscht (je nach Rucksack mehr oder weniger). Somit ist diese Halterung zwar keine perfekte Lösung, jedoch aufgrund des angenehmeren Sitzes, für kurze Teile der Strecke (zumindest für mich), eine gute Alternative. Da ich nicht immer den gesamten Weg aufnehmen möchte sondern häufig nur kurze Stücke wird die Halterung je nach gedachtem Einsatzzweck mit dabei sein dürfen.

Eine positive Sache ist der Beiliegende Handyhalter. Ich nutze diese zwar so gut wie nie, aber für viele könnte dies eine tolle Sache sein. Auch wenn der Halter „nur“ aus Plastik besteht, wird das Handy trotzdem fest eingespannt und fällt auch bei normaler Bewegung nicht aus dem Halter.

Pro:
+ Schnell Anzubringen und zu Lösen
+ Handyhalterung enthalten
+ Halterung um 360 Grad drehbar

Contra:
- Kann bei „schwereren“ Action Cams oder Bewegung am Gurt nach unten rutschen

Fazit
Für mal eben einen kleinen Teil des Weges aufzunehmen ist die Halterung gut geeignet. Sie ist klein, leicht und kann sehr schnell am Rucksack angebracht werden. Bei Wanderungen rutscht die Halterung jedoch schon mal ein Stückchen am Gurt nach unten, weshalb ich für längere Wanderungen oder bei starker Erschütterung eher eine festere Alternative wie eine Klemme empfehlen würde.

Maybe I move more than most people when I walk, but attaching an Action 5 to this was the only configuration that didnt give me motion sickness when watching the footage, thanks to the Action 5's stabilization and field of view. My phone was absolutely unbearable.

But none of that is this thing's fault. It worked flawlessly, it's just a flawed concept except if you're using a backpack stationary on the ground as a versatile mount or something. But wearing the camera like this, with your phone attached and recording, is just going to look awful.
