I deliberately delayed sending a review of this pc in order allow time to assess its' operation and rate it accordingly. I can honestly say that I have never been so pleased with a pc purchase, and that includes the desktop/laptop NEW purchases that I have made over the years! It presents as almost brand new with no signs of harsh external wear whatsoever. Inside, it was immaculate with absolutely no dust; it was obviously cleaned meticulously and the install of the new SSD was perfect. The unit had every feature as indicated and everything - all USB ports, display ports, audio ports - are functioning. Intel graphics are amazing. The install of Windows 10 Pro worked seamlessly from the get go. The i7 processor is lightning fast and it came with 32G of DDR4 RAM as indicated. In researching this unit prior to purchasing, I determined that the RAM is upgradable to 64G if so desired - that was a huge influence on my purchasing the unit. I would absolutely recommend this company as they obviously do quality work when refurbishing their units. The computer was packed for shipping with ample protection and arrived earlier than anticipated. I would not hesitate to purchase a product again from this supplier. Kudos!!!!!
