This is my first time purchasing these refills. There's another brand that worked better... this one is weaker and as you can see from the picture, it burst open from the side spilling the contents everywhere. I'm not impressed. Will not be buying again. Plus the smell is a bit strong and overwhelming. I think it's supposed to be a good smell, to counteract the smell of excrement but it just doesn't work for me. I don't know, maybe I'm a bit sensitive to smells, but I was already on the fence about buying more of these for the perfumed smell alone, and then it broke on me. Maybe you'll have better luck with them than I did. 🤷

    These bags smell great and do fit our diaper genie however our diaper genie container from previous doesn't let you remove the lid so we had to squeeze the bags in. Once they fit they're easily comparable to the name brand for half the price

    Easy to use product, The plastic used is much thicker and stronger than the type that comes with replacement cartridges. There also seems to be more volume( per individual package) than in the replacement cartridges. Product is easy to store away as it is compact.

    I am genuinely surprised at how good these refill bags are. I expected them to be a cheaper and flimsier alternative to the OEM cartridges, but they turned out to be the exact opposite. They are significantly more affordable, and they actually feel thicker and sturdier than the branded bags. That was a great surprise, especially since my expectations were pretty low.

    I am including a photo to show how well these hold up when full, and I apologize for the graphic nature of the picture, but the durability is impressive. There was no stretching or tearing and no concern that the bag would give out. It handled the full weight without any trouble.

    It is not as convenient as snapping in a ready-made cartridge, but the savings and the reduction in plastic waste make it very easy to accept. Once you get used to tying the bags yourself, the process is quick and simple.

    Overall, these exceeded my expectations in every way. If you want strong and reliable bags at a much lower cost than OEM, this is an excellent choice.

    I didn't realize I would need to keep the ring from my old one because in the picture it appeared like it came with the ring on it. Unfortunately I threw away the ring that came with a second hand litter system I was given and got these to start using it but couldn't because there was no ring with these. I also do not like the heavy baby powder like scent. I understand it is to help cover odor but moth my cat and I are sensitive to smells (or at least my cat will not go near scented litter and when I had the open package of these refills sitting near her litter box temporarily she refused to use her box as well) In my opinion the scent is too strong. That being said, I think that these seem to be made of durable plastic that seems like it would do an adequate job containing litter and scent and had I known it didn't come with the rings I would have likely found them to be strong enough but still would have had an issue with the scent. Would not repurchase but if you can deal with the scent and save your ring, these might be a good option for you.

    These replacement Litter Genie bags by Godyoy arrived quickly after ordering. Unfortunately, the instructions on the bag were vague and I struggled to figure out how to use them. I had to come back on amazon to look for guidance but could not find this exact product page as it disappeared. Luckily, I found a similar product page that guided me. You have to save your last cartridge and reload with these bags.

    The bags have a slight sent that is not pleasant. I cleaned the litter box and noticed after several hours that while the bags seems strong, they do not stop the cat urine smell from seeping out. I do not think I can recommend this item if you keep your Litter genie inside the house like I do.
