Maybe I got a bad one... plugs would not stay clipped in to the back of the head unit and it did not stay in the dash securely and would fall out of the dash if I accelerated too fast and the back plugs would pull out. I put this in my old van and it honestly feels like a new ride now. The screen is huge and makes maps and music so much easier to see. Bluetooth and CarPlay both work great, and the backup camera helps a ton when parking.

Installing it took a bit of patience, especially with the camera, but once it was done, everything worked fine. I had no trouble pairing my phone or using GPS. If you’re okay fiddling a bit at setup, it’s totally worth it.

Got this to upgrade from a previous model with an older version of Android. The old version was beginning to have connection issues, so figured I'd give this a shot.

I love the updated interface, it's much cleaner looking and easier to navigate. The icons and layout look like there was some actual intention behind where everything is.

The automatic connection has worked flawlessly so far, from the time I get in the car and start it to connecting to my phone is usually about 1 minute or so - which is about the time the Android system takes to boot up.

My only issue is the volume, as it's nowhere near as loud as the original stereo that was in there, but it still gets pretty loud. Everything else works without issue though - I kept the old mic, USB cables and back-up camera from the old system and just plugged them in to this one to see if they'd work - figured it'd be universal for the specific van model, and it's the same manufacturer, and sure enough everything works perfectly fine! Calls are nice and clear, no static, the back-up camera always comes on as soon as you shift into reverse, everything is great!

Highly recommend! Love this upgrade!

I recently installed the Car Radio Stereo in my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan, and it has completely transformed my driving experience! The 9.2” touchscreen is HUGE and provides such a clear and responsive interface. The display is sharp and vibrant, making it easy to navigate through maps, music, and apps while on the road.

The Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto integration are fantastic. I no longer need to deal with tangled cables, and I can easily access all of my favorite apps like Spotify, Google Maps, and Apple Music directly on the screen. The setup was a breeze, and I was up and running within minutes.

The WiFi and GPS features are incredibly convenient. I can now use real-time navigation with Google Maps or Waze, and the WiFi connection lets me stream music and videos without using up my phone’s data. My 2016 Grand Caravan had the basic radio, with a CD player (no touchscreen LCD) and, I really wanted to have a large navigation display and also a backup camera. This Android radio seemed to be a good solution.

Installation of the radio itself was very easy; simply remove the old radio (removed trim piece, 4 screws which hold the radio and remove it), connect the radio adapters from the radio to the cars connectors and it worked.

Of course, wiring the camera properly (if you do not have one installed is much more time consuming) will be more labor intensive and I have not yet done so since the camera supplied requires drilling a rather large, 18.4mm hole into the car body to install rather than screw the camera on (perhaps to license plate) as the camera shown in the add would do. I have yet to decide if I want to do that.

While the build, and capabilities, of this radio are very good with a large, bright and relatively responsive screen it does have some limitations especially for those who, like me, who are "old school" and like simple knobs and buttons. If so, it will take some getting used to considering the old radio just had two knobs and a few buttons that could be reached without looking.

Once installed it worked. However, it took quite some time trying to set it up trying to figure out what each setting was for. A good instruction manual listing the different settings is lacking.

PRO:
-- Seller has been VERY responsive to any questions sent via email.
-- It fits beautifully in the dash and is very stylish and good looking (see CONs)
-- Nice large and bright screen (however, if setting sun shines on it, the refection makes screen difficult to see) .

Neutral:
-- There is no AM radio (must use my phone with IHEART Radio APP). While AM radio has poorer quality than FM, AM has an expanded range of over 100 miles compared to FM's 30-mile radius so, AM has better reception in remote areas.
-- For installation, only a diagram for wiring the rear camera (You Tube will help) is available and, instructions on how to tune the radio
-- The wireless CarPlay and Android Auto takes a bit of time after startup to connect causing a wait time before functionality starts
-- Being an Android device, except for use of the radio and backup camera, you must have your phone connected, or have WIFI, to be able to use most functions.

CON's:
-- Rear camera received is different than advertised. It requires drilling an 18mm hole (drill bit included) into the body and appears to not be adjustable (not sure yet if I want to do that).

This works great with a Town & Country 2015. It does hands free calling with Android and supports voice commands. That makes driving a lot safer. My state requires hands free driving now. If you have an iPhone it will connect to that too. It can do split screen so you can navigate and have music up at the same time. It doesn't have lag. The screen is very responsive.

This product has a decently large screen with good brightness and a clear resolution. The touchscreen has been accurate and responsive and the touch-sensitive navigation "buttons" at the side of the unit work pretty well, making it simple to navigate. The product's wireless connection with my phone has remained stable once connected and doesn't drop during normal use. The audio quality has been clear and there are no distortion or volume issues I could notice. The android auto feature also works as intended and provides a very familiar, intuitive user experience while driving.
