I tested it with the “line on the wrist, rub” test and it stayed with no smudging (once set) It didnt come off when I casually washed my hand either. Then I applied it. After that I did gardening and baking in a 32 degree weather and this thing stayed ALL DAY! I used it on the eyelid as well as waterline. Worked perfectly for me. Replacing my expensive MAC ones with this for daily use.

Very much a great eyeliner from Revlon. Will repurchase!

It's a little hard to get it started, again due to loose skin, but when it gets going, it glides on! As for smudging, running and fading, I give it 10 stars! I got lazy last night and went to bed with it on. When I woke up, it was only very slightly smudged! I HIGHLY recommend this product 👌 👏

Er schmiert nicht, hält richtig, richtig lange und ist auch nicht so knallschwarz, dass man aussieht wie ein Panda. Man muss nur darauf achten, dass man die Hülle wieder gut draufmacht, da er sonst hart wird und nicht mehr gut malt.
