    Item was like new condition, but packaged poorly. A/C unit in cardboard box, no wooden skid, no packaging, nothing. The box was ripped, torn, and in battered condition. The UPS driver even asked me if I wanted to refuse the package. The unit didn't seem harmed so I took a chance. The unit was in very good condition and it worked perfectly.

    I had an RV service tech install this on my RV in October 2023. Each time it was used it froze up. I installed a new freeze sensor and the unit still freezes up. I've used it for heat this winter, but come spring/summer, we will see if it freezes right away again.

    EDIT 05/20/2025 - The freezing up issue turned out to be not the fault of this unit. Works as advertised and like a charm. Upgraded to 5 stars.
