2. Q: How do I properly assemble the juicer before use?

A: Follow these steps:Place the motor base on a flat, dry surface. Ensure the bowl’s rubber pad is firmly inserted, then attach the bowl to the motor base. Insert the filter into its holder and place them into the bowl, pressing down. Install the auger into the filter, ensuring it clicks into place. Align the hopper’s red dot with the bowl’s, turn clockwise to lock. Attach pulp and juice containers, then connect to power.

3. Q: What’s the maximum continuous operating time for the juicer?

A: To protect the motor, the juicer should not operate for more than 15 minutes at a time. The recommended interval between uses is 10-15 minutes.

4. Q: Are the removable parts of the juicer dishwasher safe?

A: Yes. The feeding tube, bowl, pulp container, and juice container are dishwasher safe. Other removable parts can be washed in hot soapy water, and the filter should be cleaned with the provided brush.

5. Q: What should I do if food gets stuck in the juicer during use?

A: Do not quickly switch between "ON" and "R" modes. First, turn off the juicer, wait a few minutes, then switch to "R" (Reverse) for a few seconds to unblock. If needed, turn off and unplug, then clean the filter to restore efficiency.
